The buttons are high quality, pinback buttons (pins have a safety cover) with glossy mylar cover secured over the image/text. I can put just about anything on the buttons, any photo/graphic/design and text.

Why Buttons?  I recently bought a professional button making machine because I've wanted one of these since I was a kid! Having worked in the past with graphic design (loved it!), this has become a fun hobby. I made some buttons for the Religion Dept. and Creative Writing Dept. at the University where I teach, and then I started getting requests from other folks and groups.

In Divinity School once, one of my professors asked one of those "meaning of life" questions: If you had to stand on a street corner and hold a sign that summed up your life philosophy, what would your sign say? The question has stuck with me throughout the years, and now that I have a button maker, I can put my life philosophy on a button and wear it on my jacket :-)
